It excludes concrete pipes. It covers a wide spectrum of structures including prestressed concrete with untensioned reinforcement, post-tensioned flat slabs and liquid-retaining structures, and includes rational methods of design which provide for estimation of losses of prestress taking into account the properties of Australian materials.
