Description
Applicable to products such as custards, porridges for which the Roese-Gottlieb method (see BS 1741 Part 3 and 4, BS 1742-3 and BS 1743-11) is unsuitable and to cottage cheeses and fresh cheeses with fruit etc for which the SBR method (see BS 770-3) is unsuitable.
